As we move closer to completing our strategic merger with Elevate Credit Union, we are entering a crucial phase of system alignment as we build a stronger future together.

To ensure a smooth and successful alignment, there will be some temporary but unavoidable interruptions to our services, both online and in our offices.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this important milestone.

💻 Online Banking & App Downtime

Online Banking, including our mobile app, will be unavailable during the following period:

• From: 12:00pm (midday) on Friday, May 8th
• To: Evening of Monday, May 11th

During this time:

• No payments can be made in or out
• No transfers between accounts
• No access to online banking services

We recommend that members make any essential transactions in advance of this period.

🏢 Branch Closures & Reopening Schedule

To facilitate data migration and system alignment, our offices will close and reopen as follows:

Friday, May 8th (from 1:00pm): All offices closed

Fermoy Office: Reopens Wednesday, May 13th at 9:30am

St. Patrick’s Office (Lower Glanmire Road): Reopens Thursday, May 14th at 9:30am

Watergrasshill Office: Reopens Friday, May 15th at 9:30am

All offices will resume normal operations following these reopening dates. Remember you can access your account and funds at any Elevate Office from Tuesday 12th May.

From Tuesday, May 12th, members will benefit from enhanced access and services:

• You can access your account from any Elevate Credit Union office : www.elevatecu.ie 
• New services will be available, including:
• Mortgage enquiries
• Death Benefit servicesAnd more to come
